Shipping

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other USA territories.

All orders are shipped same day if placed before 1:00 pm EST. You will receive a tracking number to the email you provide. Please inspect all items within 30 days of receipt.

International shipping is available by contacting our customer service (sales@ultima-tech.com) or Contact us form.

Ultima-Tech accepts no liability for packages sent without a signature.

Free Shipping Policy

Most of our product categories—including all CCTV equipment, Intercom systems, and related security products—qualify for Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more (subtotal).

Please note that Free Shipping does not apply to certain items such as Megaphones or any product listing that specifies a Fixed Shipping Cost.

These items will display their shipping fees directly on the product page.

Returns

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone or e-mail.

If your original item included free or bundled items, you must return all associated items in order to receive a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep, as well as any shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. Ultima-Tech can only refund your original purchase price - shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, manuals, accompanying free/bundled items and accessories. The retail value of any free/bundled items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. 

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

All returns are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving them. We will issue your refund in the same payment method. It may take up to 14 business days for you to see the credit on your account/card statement. Please note that we will only refund the original cost of the product you returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Limited Liability

Ultima-Tech is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Ultima-Tech is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back for return.
